• Your name and phone number, and your email address if you give it.
• The answers you choose in our enquiry forms, for example when you plan to buy and what you would use a plot for.
• Messages you send us and notes from our calls with you about your enquiry.

We do not ask for government ID numbers, bank or card details, or passwords through our enquiry forms.

• To reply to your enquiry and send you the project details you asked for, such as the layout plan and prices.
• To call or message you about your enquiry, and to arrange a site visit if you want one.
• To keep a record of enquiries so we can follow up properly and improve our service.

We use your details only for these purposes, based on the consent you give when you submit an enquiry. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

• When you send the enquiry form, your answers are saved to our private enquiry sheet (Google Sheets) and WhatsApp opens with your message ready to send.
• We count visits with Vercel Analytics, which gives us totals such as page views and does not use cookies.
• We use the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. It tells Meta when someone visits a page or sends an enquiry, so we can see which ads work. Meta's use of this data is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy.

When you submit one of our forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes the details you entered to us so we can contact you. Meta's handling of your information is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with:

• Our team and sales associates who handle your enquiry.
• Service providers that help us run our business, such as messaging, advertising, spreadsheet and record-keeping tools, only as needed for the purposes above.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

We keep enquiry details while your enquiry is active and for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. After that we delete them.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of storage or transfer is completely secure, but we limit access to people who need it.

• Ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it.
• Ask us to delete your information or to stop contacting you. You can also simply reply “STOP” on WhatsApp.
• Withdraw your consent at any time.
