Our story
Kenz Builders & Developers
Kenz Builders & Developers started in 2016.
We work in Moinabad, Kethireddypally, Tolkatta, Chevella, Aloor, Manneguda, Vikarabad and Shadnagar, where farmhouse land is close enough to the city for weekends and quiet enough to feel like a retreat. Our current project is Imperial Mango County: 26.5 acres at Tolkatta, with only 3 premium plots available.
We also build premium farmhouses and sell them. Our latest, Kenz Palm Meadows at Aloor in the Arqamss Palm Green venture, is built and sold.
We keep this site up to date. When a plot is sold or a deal closes, we take it down.

For a decade, Mr. Faseeh has worked in Hyderabad real estate with one habit that buyers notice: he puts himself in the customer's shoes before he offers a single plot.
He visits hundreds of pieces of land and buys only the best, after checking each one legally. The aim never changes: clear-title land in the best locations, at the best prices, where buyers can get the highest return on their investment.
